The Kelowna Raiders came from behind going into the third period scoring six goals to defeat the visiting Vernon Royals 13 to 11 in the opening game of the best of three playoff series. The Royal’s powerplay produced most of the goals in the first two periods and goaltender Glen Clissold was outstanding in net.
